Dear Mr. Raman
There is no standards regarding the colour coding of machine parts. However you may find the type of guards
(as attached by Mr. Dipil) which are required to avoid direct contact of person with moving parts. You may codify the colours for guards according to hazards.

Dear Raman,
The standard says, "Yellow is used to identify physical hazards."
If the guard of a machine does not present a physical hazard such as, but not limited to, tripping, falling, struck by, or caught-between, then there would be no need for color-coding.

However, when necessary it is recommended to have the interior of a machine guard painted orange to know that the guard is kept open.
