Hi, Are you issuing Salary Slips to Consultants on contract? Please send a sample slip if you have. Parvathy

It is not required to issue Salary Slip to the Consultants as they are not Direct Employees of the company. If they want to have the details of their earnings and deductions, if any, you can give the details in any format.

DEAR PARVATHI THE Consultants WILL GAVE U BILL EACH MONTH AND U HAVE TO HAVE THEM BY CHECQUE. SALARY SLIP DOES NOT MATTER FOR THEM. THANKS PAWAN BHATIA 09812585353

Hi Bhatia,

I know that. These consultants are outsourced by us to various companies in our pay roll. They need salary certificate very often for various reasons. To avoid this we intend to issue them salary slip.
