Why the jobs are not given to freshers.....
Hello everyone i really wanted to make focus of companies recruiters on freshers that why they are not giving a chance to freshers. if they will not provide any opportunity to freshers than how could they be able to gain experience. might be they are losing any talented candidate which can help their company to give his best to grow. i myself is a fresher who had pursued mba with specialisation in hr and is really disappointed of the upcoming vacancies where companies are looking for experienced candidates but i want to say to just give a chance to prove themselves.
What employers expects from freshers at the time of slowdown in job market
Hello friends i am an mba with specialization in hr and i want to know that during this scenario of slow down in job market i found very few jobs in hr field and most of the companies are demanding experienced people or if there are any jobs for freshers the skills and qualifications required are equal to those of graduates especially in consultancies. it gives a feeling of frustation that if we are put in the same parameter as graduates than whats the use of doing mba. moreover please tell me what the employers are expecting from the hr freshers how can we assure the employers that if given a chance we can prove our mettle but the thing is no one is ready to look at freshers.
Bond for freshers
Hi i have problem in my organization. we are into a very niche field wherein finding experienced employees is very difficult. we have started taking freshers & training them. but now the problem is these freshers do not stick around for more than 3 or 6 months. we provide them with the training & when they are ready for giving output that is the time when they quit their jobs. so than again we have to start the cycle of recruitment again. my boss has suggested that we make them sign a bond of 1 year. i am not very convinced with this. please help me as to what can be done in this situation & also let me know if anybody has any sample of legal bond. regards samruddhi
