Hi actually i want to know in my company a women has joined in mar2011 but she has worked on contract based for 3 months till june now she has applied to be on payroll and as our policy we have taken her on 3 month probation.but she is pregnant and her due is nov.i just wanted to is she is eligible for maternity benefits under esic as she is holding esic card of previous company and she is saying to renew the same card as the card is valid for 6 month and she wants know whether she will b paid for 3 month leave..
