hellow friends.
i am doing my summer project in ioc and i am new in hr forum.my project title is acquisition of hr in iocl.i want to compile recruitment process of iocl from other organisations recruitment process.can any one help me out of this matter.incase if any project is available i would like to get it for reference if available.
and pls suggest me that how i can make my report effective...
