Hi my friend,
I hope you mean to converse in English. Okay.
1) You need to think in English whatever be your mother tongue. Normally, everything thinks in their respective mother tongue and then translate into English. This takes some time and hence they stammer.
2) You need to learn more words so that you will be served with apposite words while you talk.
3) Listen to English News / Watch English Films (now they come with subtitle) - more you listen more you learn.
4) Start conversing in English to your friends and well wishers as they will make healthy and constructive comments instead of making wrong and destructive comments.
5) Have self confidence - that's more important in speaking any language.
All the best dear.

R.Ganesh is absolutely true, Without practicing it in daily routine, u'll not be able to improve it.
Addition to that you may learn 5 or 10 new words and practice with in conversaton, you'll feel like you've improve ur communication skill.
I'd suggest, Don't waste money for spoken class and all, they would just give grammer background afterall altimately u'll have to practice the same..
U may also use googal help for free expert's tips..
All the best..!!

Hi shrupassi
You can also try doing this....for eg: If you want to say something in english but you are not able to complete the sentence. you ask any expert or a friend to translate that in English, and you note down in your personal diary (sentence in hindi and below in english). Keep practicing that and next time challenge yourself that you will use that sentence in English only.
All the best dear.

Hard skills without soft skills is just like obtaining a passport without visa. You can just have it and never enter any country.
Hard skills pertain to your brain and action whereas soft skills pertain to mind & attitude - which is more important.
Before improving the soft skills, one must make a self introspection as to how much soft skills are there in him.
All the best.

well you can improve your conversation skills by reading more books on personality development, speak to yourself standing in front of the mirror. record your own voice and then listen to it carefully and then find out where you lacks is it confidence, accent, voice tone, or voice modulation.
