yes, you should report the accident to ESI as if an accident occurred while coming and going back to home from office, it is covered under ESI benefits. regards, Kamal

The recent ESI Notification sl.No 13 in Section 51D says the accident took place while going to factory or going to residence after complection of the job will cover ESI.
