Pf deduction
Dear sir i have joinded one company they dont deduct pf in my salary and no pf activities. i am worked previous company they deducted pf and remit the my pf account. i am very much intrest pf deduction and pf benifits. i am ready to pay the pf amt for employer contibution also. can i continue the pf account otherwise any idea about. regards kumaravel.g
Pf deducted but not deposited to pf deptt
Hi i worked for 2.5 years in my earlier company in mumbai and my pf was deducted on a monthly basis. after i left i submitted all the pf documents but there was no information of the same from the company. when i enquired i came to know from one of trusted sources that the company only deducted but never deposited the same to pf department . also i came to know that the companies pf no. is of bangalore hence i was informed that any complaint to pf should be to pf office bangalore. i have all the salary slip where my pf no. and pf deductions are clearly mentioned. please guide if possible regards rajesh shetty
Pf basic less than 15k & no pf deduction
Dear all i have 2 situations in regards to pf. 1 an old employee who had pf contribution but withdrew it after discussing with md. her pf basic was more than 6500 & so continues till date without pf. current pf basic is 9500. 2 an employee who joined in dec 14 who never had contributed to pf & so has been continuing without pf till date. current pf basic is 4500. now as per revised pf norms pf is mandatory for employees with pf basic less than 15000. what should be the effect on above 2 employees? can we increase the pf basic of 1st employee to 15000 which can solve the issue? for 2nd employee salary is less than 15000 anyway & never contributed to pf fund so can the employee be exempted or should we start pf mandatory? please revert at the earliest. regards darshana

Hi everyone my query is all about pf withdrawal 4 years back i worked with a company where i have been provide with pf benefits once after resignation i have applied for pf same has been processed and pf payment was done but unfortunately given bank account has got closed so kindly can anyone guide me how to withdraw the pf amount again regards simon.
Pf coverage
Respected seniors i have a few questions on pf. 1. is pf compulsory for all ? 2. if anybody wants to opt out of pf what is the criteria? 3. if an employee is presently covered by pf does he have any option to come out of the coverage of pf if he desires so? i am working in a health care bpo where the employees are mostly young and never want to have pf. its a peculiar problem which i dont have any answer. so far i gathered some information on it which i gave below : 1. if one employee is covered by pf even for once in any company he must continue to be covered by pf irrespective of wherever he works. 2. if one s salary is more than rs 6500/ he can opt out of pf. 3. if an employee submits a written declaration that he is willing to be outside the covereage of pf it has to be accepted by the employer. awaiting for your advice please. subhabrata das gupta

I was worked 1 year in company they cut my pf ammount every month but till now they have not open my pf account any they are not responding any mails. i checked my pf online. the message appeared on pf site was "invalid member_id / data not updated against this pf number. can any one provide me waht i will do.
