It's very simple.
I have mentioned - very texty that means many writings. In my point of view ppt. must be bullaty. If it is not bullet pointed (bullate is always less writing more understandable and explainable) otherwise its like reading a a paper or book. And that does not make very attractive but bored (not tasty).
Anyway, you have enough information. Please try to put some time on it. It will be wonderful I hope.
My intention was not to make you disappointed but devoted.

DEAR ANJUMAN ,
I AGREE WITH YOU.IF IN A FORUM LIKE THIS IF FULL TEXT IS NOT GIVEN THEN THERE ARE MORE CHANCES OF MISUNDERSTANDIND AND MISINTERPRETATION. THE WRITER IS BEST JUDGE. SO IT IS PERFECT IN MY OPINION TO BE ELABORATE EVEN ON PPT. I HOPE THIS MAKES SOME SENSE. YOU MAY AGREE TO DISAGREE.

Hi Gayatri,

This srinivas here from a GOI, PSU from Hyderabad. I have been a member of Hyderabad CiteHR. RU aware of HydCiteHR. We regularly meet once in a month and have lot of interactions and deliberations on various topics amongst professionals from different backgrounds viz. Pharma, IT, Service, Mgng. sectors. It will be indeed a pleasurable experience to be amidst somany practioners of HR and it gives splendid opportunities for oneself to develop in the HR fraternity.

I suggest you to attend one of such meets to be held on 12th of August,07 wherein you can vent out your feelings about the Hr profession.

As regards, your presentation on Admin & HR, you deserve good appreciation for your effort and ofcourse, your ppt. can still have some more exhaustive roles of Admn. and HR viz. Security, Annual Mtce. Contracts, Tour & Travel, Internal & External Customer related queries, VIP visits, Statutory obligations, liaisionoing with Govt. officials/Depts., if it is mfrg. group, Compliance of Labour legislations, so on and so forth. Nevertheless, it was a great attempt. keep sending such good posts.

For further details about HR meet, you can mail me on

Regards.

Since you say that you would use the feedback to make improvements, and since too few people think of giving honest criticism, I have to say that I agree with the comment that there is more of text.
As you know, ppt should not read like part of a book but should highlight salient points as phrases, not full sentences. And there should not be too much writing in one slide. The slide should be used only as prop for doing the explanation.
I think shall soon put on the forum an article on presentations. I think it will help the young persons in the list.
I hope my remarks are taken in good spirit - after all I am only trying transmit my knowledge of some 50 years of working life!

Hi,
Very good trial!
As you said the Old wine(PM) is in New bottle(HRD)
All these are there already in different forms in our Indian Life Styles andin books & epics such as Thirukkural,Ramayana,Bhagawath Geetha,Mahabharatha etc.,
Some of us jointly take out scripts and present it to the new requirements as HRD tools.
Thanks& Regards,
