If you want to get more information about "Attrition", go to quick search at the top corner near image. Have u seen there, just give bob gately ( cite hr member ) you will get more details on Attrition and retention policy.
or, Give Attrition in quick search, you will found more articles.

Reducing attrition is natural offshoot of what we do.
We show employers how to hire successful employees which means new hires stay on the job for a long time while doing their jobs successfully. This means that attrition rates plummet as new hires replace employees who quit or get fired. It takes about a year and a half to cut turnover rates (attrition rates) in half.
