Hello sir/madam am an mba final final year student in salem tn and i ve been placed with an export based textiles company for hr executive post..we have to do a project there for 3 months. they have around 7500 workers there. this particular company starting its systematic hr activities only from this year and they expect a lot of new hr practices to be implemented successfully by us the newly recruited people i.e fresh mba students. so i want to know about the general hr practices or how the hr system will actually be functioning in textile industry. i want to give my best ideas for the benefit of the stakeholders as well as the company. please give me some ideas and informations about the hr activities in textiles industry..
