Hi All, I am on the project to implement People- CMM in an IT company. Anybody please help me regarding implementation materials, documents, guidelines, books etc. Thanks in advance. Manish

Although this is the current Assessment Method, the SEI has announced that they are switching to the SCAMPI method for People CMM in beginning this year, and it will be mandatory in 2008. Please see the SEI website for more details.
