Thanks a lot for this sheet. one another thing i want to know that 1.61% add in our PF account or not. means monthly basis our PF account credited by 24% (12%+12%) or 25.61% (12%+13.61%)

I'm almost done with it expect form 3A PF department Formatt.
Here in Form 3A, under Employee Name, Employee Code and PF Code i want the unique items from all the 12 months data base.
In Simple words i want formula to extract unique values from multiple work sheets.
