I don think you will be eligible for any shifting allowance as the company had given you a posting in Mumbai.
But you can claim your travel expenses (once).
Actually you need to check with your Mumbai based company HR, as they can clarify better.

In our company we provide relocation allowances.. depending on grade.. so u can consult your HR whether your company is providing such benefit...Travel expenses is different u can only claim the fares and hotel accomodation......relocation allowance is totally paying for the baggage in shifting your entire things.......which is paid by the company.
