How to increase participation in training session
Hi in our company we have recently started training division and we are providing various behavioral training to our staff. however we are facing serious issues with the attendance. hardly 50 of the nominated participants are turning up resulting in loss of training division. it is not possible to link training with appraisal as it will not be supported by the other hods. requesting you all to kindly give ideas which may improve the attendance. also i would like to know do all company face similar issues at the beginning.

How do track effectiveness of your training
I am responsible for training 27 people in social change communication in 10 southern african countries. i have just started this job. i need to come up with systems of tracking the effectiveness of the training that i am doing. the same systems will be used for all the other training that is being done by service providers. i am also responsible for the training that is done by the different service providers. we hold more that 35 training workshops a year on different issues. i would appreciate suggestions of how i can prove that the training has been effective. if its not been effective how i can improve it. i would appreciate any articles or websites that i could get this information.

Dear friends ive recently joined a company which is very traditional they want to start off training & development in their organization. a very challenging & interesting job but staffs who are very senior & have worked for more than 1015 years how will they respond to training? people here are very strong at their technical skills so obviously there would be a lot of attitude issues in them when it comes to sitting in a training session. i m really confused as to how to take this forward. seniors request you yo provide your valuable ideas. thanks in advance
