sk_Hr Recruiter Started The Discussion:
I am working as a recruiter(US staffing and domestic) for my current company for 3.6yrs. I have worked mostly for US staffing (IT) and have good exp. but now I want to get fully into domestic staffing.
Now this is where I face the problem.
When I go for domestic Hr recruiting interview, they ask Questions like:
What is your monthly target, team target, Highest client billing.
I have no information on this. Can anyone help me with these facts?
What is client billing and how do the consultancies get revenue when they place a candidate?

If anyone can help me with this I will be really helpful.
Its very urgent for me I dont want any more night shifts.

Hi sk,
The difference is that in day shift recruitment, Business development manager will get the clients and hand over to team lead or internal hr of organisation. the job description same as the US shift, coming to targets very common in day shift in the sense whats your monthly target,it differs from organization to organization,it may be 3 lakhs or 5 lakhs per month, making calls are more in day shifts than US shifts .So some organizations work with teams so they would be having team targets,at last if one recruiter place one candidate then consultancy will charge in industry standards thats one month of salary or 8.33% which is same.
