Our company is on the process of certification audit with ISO 9001:2008, just would like to inquire how training effectiveness should be with 9001:2008.
Our current training flowchart is:
2. Gap Analysis
3. Training Calendar
4. Conduct Training
5. Training Feedback (right after the training)
6. Training Effectiveness (3 months after the conduct of training)
7. Competency Assessment (every November of the year)
With our first stage audit, we were asked on how are we validating training effectiveness after the 3 mos evaluation. I answered, it's a cycle, we start it with Competency Assessment and ends with Competency Assessment for us to know if we really addressed the training gap.
What would be the possible issue that we're going to face just in case we proceed and not revised our procedure?
