Hello Seniors, urgently need help. I am working as a sr HR executive in an international BPO. HerE salary is completely based on performance for example if a person is doin 10 sales he is eligible for Rs 10000 n If the sale is 15 salaries would be 12000 n it goes on increasing.
But what I think is that it gives a negative impact on new hires as there is no certainty of fixed salary and moreover it's not experienced based. each and every employee is eligible for the same salary plan. Can anyone suggest to me some salary plans wherein more focus should be on sales and target only?

Hi,
Your employees salary structure is more focused on incentive part, which is a variable component in the CTC.
Can you revert with the details as what do you offer to the employee when he joins or salary mentioned in the offer letter.
With this info it would be easy to chart a salary structure where you can put more focus on performance based incentives.
Also, PF and ESIC would be applicable to your company if the employee strength is more than 20. Hence, when you structure a salary package or CTC these heads needs to be taken into consideration.
I can help you with the structure once you revert with the details. Or you can call me at 9867670755.
