Hi Nikhil,
First you should find out the reason why you are paid less than others...
May be they are more experienced than you or have a higher degree or may be something else.
I suggest rather than writing a letter you should speak to you Supervisor first..

Nikhil,
Pooja Nukani is right.
If you have the habit of writing diary of your day to day activities at your office, that will help you very much in this regard. You have show that diary/activity note book to your superior and it will be taken care. For your surprise you will be getting more that what you have expected. Do not try with letters as it damage your image and will create negative image that you want to start a union sort of set up.

Hi Nikhil,
first of all make a list of the work u do at office on your daily basis and the achievements and skills that you have as well as you are using for the growth of the organization. and after that try to compare if the same line staff is having the same things that u have . Either you'll get to know that why you are paid less by yourself or you'll collect enough strong points for making the comparison. And then you put forward these reasons in front of the HR as HR dptt will provide you the reasonable answer or the solution.
Regards,
Kirti ;-)

I think you are working in Qatar. probably, your job agent has under-fixed your remuneration. I think you are in contract services and signed the contract agreement. This may be due to lack of knowledge of the Gulf market in terms of salary and other perks. You may have to struggle lot to get salary revision. Approch your seniors with a request to remove the anomaly.

You need to talk about it to your immediate point of contact or the one who hired you. Generally salary is all what you get only after your affirmative reply during the negotiation process. It is very common in organizations that a person who is able to negotiate well gets his desired amount in spite of the one who agrees on a lesser payout for the same job. Before talking to your boss or your hiring manager, you should check and recheck the terms and conditions as mentioned in your offer as well as appointment letter.
Thanks
