Please could be enlighten me with what is role of HR Generalist so that i could make decision as to should i look for some specific profile or can opt for some other functions of HR like recruitment or compensation etc.

Hi, the role of HR generalist encompass all the HR activities, depending on the maturity of the organisation it can vary from OD activites to operations. Like if the org is mature as HRG your portfolio might include OD, training planning, Strategic planning, but if the organisation is not mature than it might become operational like running payroll cycles, ensuring data santity...........
