Hi Sasi,

Coordinator - Admin or Senior Coordinator - Admin can be given. But these kind of designations will be avilable in an organisaion if the departments and operational load is much.

If Asst Manager-Admin is not your choice, designate him as Dy. Manager-Administration. Thanks & regards R K Nair

i agree to Mr.Madhur....

You may designate him as Jr Manager... but in general Industry Designation Hierarchy

is Jr Officer- Officer- Sr Officer- Executive- Sr Executive- Asst Manager- Dy Manager - Manager- Sr Manager.

In some organizations--- Jr Manager will be there before Dy Manager

Thanks,
Satya

hallo dear before Asstt. Manager, joint manager (admin) can also be given to an employee. But depends upon the designation master in an organization. Deepak Sharma
