I am newly appoint HR Manager in a LTD. company, I am totaly unaware about all type Complains.Will you explain me about which type of Complains have to faced for HR Manager & whats are the basic rules & norms of these Complains. How can handle these comlains by a HR Manager. If you help me , it will much kind for me.

Dear Vikky/ Sonali,
There are different problems HR have to face. I am of the opinion
that we should not consider them as problem, we should consider
them as issues which occur time to time. It is my observation
that same or similar type of issues arise and hence if you refer
previous correspondence of your office you will come to know
the situations are handled successfully.

Mr. Goswami, what kind of complains/problems you are talking about. You said you just have joined your company but my question is why you are thinking about so much. See until you face the problem, can't get the solution of your problems..
And what do you mean by this “complains have to face by HR MANAGERS” your query itself is not clear, so dear please let us know what exactly you want..
Moreover, if you feel good can share your problem with us, we will try to give you the solution of your problem…

All HR professional first has to observe...Talk to the people in organization...Sit & understand whether they are enjoying their job or not..Most of the employee may complain about the low facility & Less salary,but please note just take feedback & ask from how many years you are working,if working with more than 1 year & not satisfied why they are continuing into the org.
Think for creating the family environment at office, talk ....complain will come & I will tell you only complain solving is not the work of HR but create enthusiasm & motivation among the employees are utmost important.
