Hey Pal ,

is it you are looking for a tool where in an Employee data can be tracked? If so What I suggest you is the "EXCEL" which is the best friend of every HR and indeed helps you everytime Handy .

If you are looking for the same. Please find the enclosed which will actually gives you the best information ... Also let me know how it actually worked for you !
