Hi,
We are a 15+ employee company and working with Middle East clients. We will be sending employees to client side in Middle east.
1. I want to know Current Per Day allowances paid to Indian Employees Visiting Other countries in US $.
2. In our organization the salary structure we are following the INR Salary+ onsite allowances as gross ctc. Are we doing right? Please suggest right way to offer the gross ctc.
3. In case employee comes back to India for sometime what would be the CTC of employee because if we will convert onsite allowance in INR that will be huge amount to be paid in INR. Please suggest.

Per Day allowances are depending upon the type of biz and skill sets of employees who are sent to abroad. No standard is avl. Pon

Thanks pon. If you can share per day allowances of an IT company for junior, middle and senior level and even for management level employees. It would be great.
