| Re: Employee Satisfaction Survey Dear Saumya.
Questions become important only after you have finalised that on which all areas will you measure Satisfaction of Employees?
A genereal Satisfaction Survey may not always give you the true picture as any survey with more than 25 Q will typically not bear the right results.
People have a short attention span. After a while, they tend to just read the Q and respond on a "Central Tendency" Syndrome.
It would be better if you can decide on 2-3 areas of impact and conduct a survey. Would be better, not only for arrangements, logistics and administration but also will be easy for analysis, will give better and real results and Action Planning on the same can be effective and beneficial
