Dear seniors,
My self Mukesh kumar and working in a manufacturing company and our company strength is 1300 employees, 280 staff and 1020 workers. But there is no policy like Recruitment policy, Compensation and benefits policy, promotion policy, leave policy, and compensatory policy. i want to implement these policies in our organization and pls suggest me how i can do this. send me the sample of HR RELATED POLICIES.

Dear Mukesh Kumar,
Policy formulation is the onus of higher management for the simple reason to that they are the decision makers and policies are nothing but a compilation of standing decisions or basis of taking deciions. So I suggest you find out the mindset of your decision makers on various subjects for e.g. recruitment, PMS etc.
Having completed your first & the foremost step you will need templates or drafts which again you can search in this site and you will get loads of them. Nonetheless, I am attaching a few for your ready reference.
