Classification of IT & ITES company

We are an IT and IT Enabled Service company registered with STPI Pune. We would like to understand what category we fall into (as an establishement or industry or others) and are we covered for various labour laws like PF, ESI, Laboru Welfare Fund etc. etc. as we employ highly qualified professionals.

Labor acts are applicable to all organisations.

their impact may vary from the number of people employeed.

PF, ESI, Maternity Act etc, are all applicable to your organisation.

Suggestion would be that you follow them all in detail.
