Hi guys i need your help. we have an employee who was on boarded last year november 2011. we have issued the appointment letter to her with xyz name eventhough her pan cards & other id proofs mentioned is abc name we did this due to her request. now the employee is requesting for the revised appointment letter having the name i want to know whether we can issue new appointment letter with the name changed or not. if yes please help me with the sample. thanks mona

Hi i have recently joined an organisation where no appointment letter is issued to an employee. there are so many labour issues pending in the court. so i have decided to give appointment letter to every employee. is this decision is good. should i give the appointment letter to the employees and should i do something else to minimise the labour disputes in my organistion. thanks dinesh

Hi seniors greetings. i am working in a new start up bpo company as hr. i got my appointment letter when i joined like near about 1.6 months before from directors of the company. now suddenly they are asking me to returns all the appointment letter documents. they are telling they will do new format for this and for every employee only i got the appointment letter others employee till now didn t get appointment letter. its just a start up company only 12 months. so there is no till now any policy and all. so can you guide me is that legal they can ask me for the same? please guide me for this. thanks in advanced regards
