Recently i joined in a company as a HR executive. My employees very badly wasting the company resources. i want to stick some quotes,slogans in their work stations which resemble correct usage of the company property. (ex- turn off your computers, usege of parers, save power ctc).. but i am unable to frame the sentences... Please any one of you help me in this....

Hi Praveen,
You might find out this current method an appropriate to alert employees not wasting the resources. I just wanted to suggest; why don't you pass a general circular "expecting all employees for efficient use of the resources"?

Thanks for your reply sameer. but i need to stick some good quotes in employee work stations(eg- turn off computers, maintain timings, about time management....), canteens, fresh rooms,etc.. could you please help me to prepare that quotes... i am waiting for your reply and for ur sugessions......
