pls draft a letter of transfer for transfering a staff from one location to another due to shortage of staff at one place and requirement at other place and also tell that is it neccesary to mention a reason in transfer letter. Do reply within a day

the very axiom here is transfer is one thing whcih every employee with family dislikes in his /her career. so it should be a sweet pill.
