HI All,
I need some help here.
I need to prepare a template where all the directors of our organisation need to give performance review for CEO. This is basically called Reverse appraisal at our organisation, where juniors appraise their seniors.
I need to prepare form in the form of Q&A (objective as well as Subjective)
Can any one suggest me as to what all can be the contents of this.

Dear Tanushree,
What you are referring to is a 360 degree form of Appraisal system.
This system should have a questionnaire related to "Management Ability" of the seniors which the juniors feel is a well known triat of the bosses / seniors. Management Ability would mean -
How does the person react to a situation, Are qualitative / quantitative techniques applied, Interst in resolving issues / conflicts, ensuring smooth running of dept. on one hand & planning, delegating, forcasting, budgeting
as major traits.
Design the few things mentioned above bearing in mind the level of person is in
