Hello everyone, I want to know the the list of registers which an HR manager maintains in an organization, with their respective form no. thanks in advance.

First of all i would like to thank you ma'am for the reply.
I want to know the registers name(form no.) which are maintained by an HR personnel.
For example: form no. 12 register of adult workers(attendance register)
though I saw some of the registers while I was doing summer training internship in a company.
but now its been 1 year and i forgot those registers name and form no.
I am having difficulty in my interview now.
please help me.

Can u clear me how many FORM and which FORM are use in ESI,EPF or all over in Human Resources Department....?
