Dear All, Greetings, Is it necessary to fill Form 11 (Revised) and maintain the records by the employer.

Of course Vishal, if any employee is refusing to get EPF benifits, you have to take the declaration of the same from the employee in precribed form 11 and maintain one copy in your record for produce during the inspection by EPF authority.

Hi Can anyone plz tell me in which EPF Act the PF ceiling salary amount 6500 is mentioned. Dear all plz reply soon if anyone know this Act.
