Dear varsh,

Its very simple. Once u buy hot vacancy and posted job, u can receive plenty of resume.
In your job portal inbox, u can easily view important criterias by click one's resume.

In resume search, just mention basic criteria which you feel very important then click search.

Do you look for this info or any other in detail, let me know so that i can help you out.

Dear Bharathi,

Can you please give the step by step procedure to search candidates resumes from job portals.

Suppose I am looking for a Biz dev. Exec....so how do I go about it?..and what is the next step after I have zeroed in on couple of resumes according to my criteria...where do I save it...Is there a software which helps in this process?

Pls help me out.
Thanks

Sraboni

Dear Sraboni,

*Go to job portal and go for Employer Zone

*Enter your log in details( you need to buy hot vacancy from job portals)
They will be two option 1. Job posting & 2. Resume search

*Click resume search tab

*Type your key word ( designation)

*If you want specific location then enter your desired location

*Now enter desire experience

*Some times all the above will be filled in a single box
Example:

Designation, Skill, Experience, Location

Hr, Tally,payroll etc, 2-5, Chennai

*You can also use skills as your keywords.

*After filling all those thing -> click search. You will be getting many profiles.

*Click those profiles to view their full resume. Now validate the resume (check designation, skills, experience, expected CTC etc)

*Once you found suitable resume -> you can save those resumes in your job portal inbox. You can download resumes as and when required.

**********Make sure the date of profile because few resume suit your requirement but it may outdated***********
