Re: retention questionaire
Hi Linta,

Try to prepere your questions by keeping these points in mind

* Select any particular industry on which you want to do analysis, for ex- IT, retail ,banking this will help you to do precise analsys.

*Try complete your questionaire in 12-15 questions.

*Most of the questions should be closed ended with 1 or 2 as likert scale questions and last question should be open ended.

Thanks
Amrita

Re: retention questionaire
hi linta

at the outset let me clarify some doubts.

1. are you concentrating on attrition or employee turnover.

2. are you trying to identify factors or attributes...if factors then a factor normally shall consists of few/more variables.

3. there are only two factors that you can attribute (am i clear in differentiating)..interorganisational and extraorganisational.

4. what is inter and extra?

5. whats your study objectives?

6. are you going to do any forecasting on employees?

i think i ve posed too many questions? really not to confuse you but its to make your thoughts clear

Hi Linta,
while prepare questionnaire You have to keep in mind like Rating scale should be in 1-5 rating .

Questionnaire should be in closed end .
But while analysis report they should be rating for your project so they should be at 1-3 rating scale questionnaire.

thanks

Hi Vasavi and others

Have you searched the citeHR website before posting? I also suggest that you search the web before posting. I like to help those who help themselves. I am sure I have posted some info on this topic before on this site.

Have a nice day.
