This is to inform you that i am working from last 17 years with the same company (i.e. before my marriage i have joined). After my marriage, i have submitted to our HR deptt my marriage certi and all necessary documents to change my maiden name in PF Slip but still i am getting the PF Slip on my maiden name. HR Deptt says PF depatt can not change the data once they enter any detail of individual, pl suggest what should i do so that i can receive my PF Slip from Ahmedabad on my new name.

First you need to write a letter, stating that u want to change the name in pf and the reason for it.
Your employer must give a letter stating that u changed your name.
Get a seal n signature of your employer in the letter.
Have a id proof which show ur new name.
Submit all these things to pf office.

One more thing Bharathi, For Change of Name we must prepare an affidavit and it should be published in the Gazatte and with that Gazatte copy and Affidavit copy one can easily change the names in all the documents.
