Hi, will you pz help me how can i got resignation from KVS. I am in probation period and till date my CPF yet not deducted. I am selected in State govt and want to resign from my current job. send me perfoma of resignation letter and tell me how many week before i gave my notice and is they deduct my salary?

Hi cyril If u want resignation to job, u will intimate to ur company 3 months before. write a resingation letter on ur personal reasons. Venu gopal apmhr.wg DRDA

Dear Devender Kumar,
You will have to check your appointment letter to find the notice period or consult your HR. For probationaries, notice period may be 15 days or a month.
Generally, companies deduct notice pay from employee's salary if he fails to serve it OR they may ask you to pay notice period salary from your pocket.
Check the terms with your company. But as far as possible, leave in good faith and keep good relations with employer.
There is no particular format of resignation. But you can write on similar lines -
"I hereby wish to resign from my duties today ......... (date) for ........... reasons.
My last working day as per notice will be .........
I have enjoyed my tenure in the company and would like to thank all the seniors and my superior for the co-operation and support extended from time to time."
In future, don't just ask for the format, try something on your own and ask other's views on it.

I did nt got answer yet, means Mr. Venu Gopal Sir reply to give 3 month notice and Vaishalee Parkhi ans to give 15 days or a month notice.
plz ans me correctly , means wat is the rules of resigning? My UDC n LDC were very rude and My May month salary was yet not come due to any reason(Even i dont know), I feel if i told them now then may be they deduct my May Month salary or I have to struggle more for getting my salary. The exact situation is that I am selected in State Level teacher test and it is not fix how long they gave me appointed. some one saying 1 month, or 3-4 month. Means i did not got appointment letter yet and if i asked to my UDc then may be they said to tell me exact time . For that i have not any reply. Thats y i am confused.

You are in probation period, so it will be maximum of 1 month only. It is surprising to know that till (today is July 11th) now you did not get your May month salary. With this reason, you can easily get relieved from your present school.
As I am not getting my salary timely, and still my May 2011 salary has not been paid to me I am being forced to submit my resignation. Please accept my resignation and relieve me as soon as possible.
If you submit a resignation letter, immediately they will call you and try to convince you to accept your salary and insist you to stay further. At that time you accept your salary and inform them, with stranded relationship it is not possible to stay further and get relieved.
