Default Measuring efficiency

Hi, I work for an Architectural design office in Kuwait. We plan to carry out an exercise to measure efficiency of our 250 staff (mostly comprising of Engineers, Architects and CAD Techs) basically to know the performance level of each staff and identify non-performers. We do not have an appraisal system currently though we may begin with it next year. Would appreciate if could get guidance from those who know how to conduct such an exercise.
Thanks,
Jennifer

Hi dear,
Dear u may not have a Appraisal system but surely u musy be having some criteria on which u check the duties of all ur employees. U can just check out those records n also in assitance u can talk to their HOD's or heads abt there performance . N u can also monitor their present work level n accoedingly u can take decision.

chal hope u got a lil idea .
Bbye

Hi

I think you can enlist the key job requirements and rate them...

And then evaluate it on individuals.. and assignments

hope it is helpful
