I would suggest, Management Associate or Consultant depending on the level you have been hired for. There are few designations that would suit your profile, given that fact that you are managing such a wide range of activities. Business analyst is apt, other than that you may request for Evangelist.

Please make a market survey of what is best for the sector that you are targeting next and make your suggestions accordingly.

Hello friends..i am working in US based company where my profile name is Project cordinator & my qualification is B.E(I.T )& M.B.A(Operations).I am asking for Bussiness analyst profile.In my company i am respocible for Developing bissiness,marketing activities,Client cordination & HR activities as it is small organisation.I always suggest improvement strategies in company...plz help me

Firstly, what is your role in the organization.

When you say you are responsible for business development, marketing, client cordination, your profile falls into Business Development, but in case you are also handling all of the HR activities (from recruitment to training, payroll, PMS, Exit etc) for the complete organization, then there is a little confusion.

Help us understand the reporting structure as well. When you say its a small organization, whats the organizational size? Whats your educational qualification and experience.

Kindly give details on the above mentioned queries so that we could suggest you an appropriate designation.
