All have you mentioned i am agreed on all the points but if they all r new joinees they dont knw each other ,so to engage ,tell them for some role plays or arranging some group activities .
by this first time they got chance to intract with each other and it will create intrest in listning to other things about company.

6.& other important Form sample to be shown

Work Environment check list

1.Computer

2.Drawer keys

3.Stationary items

4.business cards

5.Telephone list

6.& other required things

After studing above elements choose appropriate & prepared Induction Kit it will include

1.Stationary Check list

2.Work environment check list

3.Induction program check list

4.Induction plan (Schedule)

Then prepare detail induction PPT.....

While executing induction program ask your employee following things
1.Name
2.qualification
3.habits
4.hobbies
5.family background
& then start your induction (let your customer to prepare for listening by making him/her stress free)
& always end your induction with some story so that new joinee will carry different impression about HR & organization

Not sure how much research you carried out before posting on this site. Google 'employee induction' and you will get lots of material to support the great material other SiteHR members have posted. May be worth doing some homework before you post a question.

I have attached the excel for maintaining the attendance. I have a problem i cannot break the cell it has been protected , since i took the attendance from the website. Can anyone help to un protect or update same excel sheet in different format.
