Could you kindly give the context in which you are raising the question. One expansion of SWAP when applied to an idividual could be, Strength, Weaknesses, Ambitions, and Priorities.
Have a nice day.

Dear Kuttykrishna,
You need to tell us the whole context. Where does your friend work? How large is the company? Kindly ask your friend whether (s)he misheard SWAP for SWOT. I am a bit hard of hearing and I get muddle d at times while listening.
Have a nice day.

Hi KutyKrishna,
I will answer to your question. SWOT stands for strength weakness opportunities and threats. This is one of the beautiful concept for the companies to know their strengths , their weakness to cover, their opportunities to grow and their threat for surviving .

Santosh.

Here seems some confusion between SWAP and SWOT. Technically it should be SWOT analysis, which means "Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats"
