Hi Seniors,
Now I am so confused, pls help me.
I am newcomer of the current employer. HR Director directly recruited but now she was discarded because all the manager here don't like her (she is also new). It means I have to go too.
All the managers don't like her way of management, also they don't like her subordinate ( I am HR executive)
Pls advise me what to do, I love the job, and I really want to stay.
Thank you so much!

HI,
I suggest if you really want to continue working there you apart from all hurdles keep on doing your job. you give your best. Moreover, if your director has to leave doesnt implies that whole team has to leave . so you must work hard and leave the rest to management.

Go to each Manager and understand the problem in person. Please realize that when you go to each of them, It is not just understanding the problem but developing a personal rapport with each of them which is a critical aspect where your earlier manager has apparently failed badly. Ensure that you don't do the same mistake and just crib on the sudden unpleasant development. Your Manager has quit does not automatically mean that you have to quit.
Also, you are saying she was new so, you have all the more opportunity to do what she could not do it as a manager, i.e. develop a good relation with the functional managers, as a new entrant into the organization. HR function is a support function and has to play a support role in fulfillment of the core business activities, manage constraints related to resource availability, readiness, productivity and performance. It cannot be done as an independent function with unilateral decisions, not considering the opinions of other managers.

Talk to each manager and make your thoughts clear on how best you can support them. Quitting just because your manager has quit indicates timidity and incapability.

You have an opportunity to perform and show your capabilities, make best use of the opportunity and meet the expectations to your best capabilities.

Good Luck.

I think , if you luv yr job, no need to quit ,put yr effort all the way. Before u decide, think twice.U’re the only incharge of yr decision. :) hope good luck :)

There are following stap to complete the formalities.
=>Suppose your previous employer is 2nd employer
=>previous to previous employer is 1st employer then

Dear Chandan, I would request you to please use new post/thread for your questions and for new discussion. Also you need to use search bar to get the answers of your question related to EPF as there we numbers of time have discussed on the same subjects and related issues.
Now if you havent claimed your EPF yet from the previous employer or didn’t get transferred it to the new employment, you can use your old EPF account by transferring it with the New Employer. You just need to ask your previous employer to get you the details and also need to speak with your current HR personnel in this regards.

I agree with Praveen too. You can develop a good relation with your functional Managers/ Superiors and with other colleagues, try to understand each and everything there but dont be a part of any group as you are new in your Organization and have to learn a lot also don’t even understand the culture and atmosphere of your Organization, so I would suggest you to be careful of doing anything there.

You said that your HR director is also new in your organization. She is on a big position means have a good experience, so sometimes it happens that Employees take time to understand each other and the working style of their new superiors. She’d also need some time to accept the culture of your Organization.

Your Managers have to make their thoughts clear on how best they can support each other. They are not happy with her working style; it doesn’t mean that she is doing something wrong or not something towards the attainment of Organization Goal and Objectives but in her own and different work style which is not according the other Managers. Everyone has his/her own style to work and your other Managers have their own working style too. They need time to get understand each other working.

You just need to be there and have to understand the things are going on there and need to grab this which will be a lesson for you and help you in your future to tackle the situation like this.
