hi I joined in a reputed MNC with signing bond for 2 years and bond breakage amount 50,000/-rs and i have given my certificates too.after working for 10 months ,because of my fathers i went to my homw twn and there only,,in this duration of my fathers sickness,he died after 1 year.now when i go to my company they are not giving my service certificate and study certificates,how to get my certificates and service certificate.please help me in this regard.thanking you.

Please can you mail the copy of the bond to me on my mail ID 
The company arbitrarily cannot enforce the bond let me have a look at the bond then i will guide you the process to be followed.
and don't worry everything will be ok you should get the service certificate if you have not received any Special training to improve your skill level organized by the company. Such training should be meaningful and not merely a formality.
