Hi,

Can somebody help me out in renewal procedure of contract labour license? As a principal employer, What is the procedure of renewal & When the contract labour license needs to be renewed or When it is expired ?

Hi Neeti Raj,
As principal employer you have to issue only Form V to Contractor of your organisation. Form V is certificate of engagement of Contract Labour. Contractor should apply to concerned Licensing Officer along with Form V for renewal.
It should be applied before expiry date otherwise contractor will liable to deposite late fee according to rules.
Pricipal Employer should obtain registration certificate which issued for whole life unless or until it revoked or suspended.

Regards.
