Work
In the office I just shift my attention to something else which is less stressful, go get cup of coffee then pass by one of my friendly colleagues have a chat, listen to music while working this keeps me motivated even after working hours I feel like contributing more, or check my personal e-mail.
Home
Just stay in my room watch TV, listen to music, cook a meal, surf the web & read materials related to my profession

Nicky Sir,
The things others have mentioned are 100% true as I have experienced them all.
The peaceful mind completely depends on your mind set.
Diversion from the normal time table will be the ultimate solution.
Try to take interest on new but useful things to your career and life.
**If you do not have enough time, try to see 1 or 2 motivational quotes per
day and clearly analyse them and try to take to heart.
**If you are able to read some motivational text, like short life-stories of famous persons like the one I have attached with this(Abraham Lincoln)
You are sure to relieve from stress.
Wishing you peaceful life,
Nethaji.

Hi Nicky,

I understand, life is very stressfull, but its not a sudden occurrence or unfateful things happening to you or many others. Stress is part of life, way of life, and if I can say essence of life. We can identify the root cause of stress, which is actually the problem, solve it and we move or graduate to other stress = problem. So life is about moving from one stress to another, the way you move will determine the quality of your life.

However certain suggestion do work in reducing the stress but there is no magic potion to remove stress completely from our lives. My suggestion are :

To Each its Own = Every single capable adult is responsible for his / her life, so don’t take stress or tension for people around you, be it your parents, siblings, friends, or even adult kids.

Spend less, Earn More : Keep a control on your spending habits, spend only on absolute necessary items, don’t fall into rat race of fashion, show-off and comparisons. Maintain a humble level of austerity.

Keep end in Mind : Finish the task before it becomes a deadline, avoid distractions.

Be Assertive : Choosing yes or no to anything is your right, not a privilege or obligation.

Believe in Destiny : Whatever happens, happens for a good reason, its exactly destined to happen, you or others are just playing by the script of life.

Do Charity : Give, Give and Give, Food to Hungry, Water to Thirsty, Cloths to Naked, Solace to Tears, Company to Lonely, Knowledge to Ignorant, Appreciation to Forgotten, Laugh to Frowned

There is not best recipe to a perfect life. Live the moment, Live it now !!

Happy Living !!

Yes Mr.Nicky,

Believe in Mr.Hussain's words.

Everything which happens in your life will be for your good.

The path may be difficult but the result will be good.

I know that your stress will not be reduced with quotes.

Repeat in your mind, one thing that you will lead a prosperous life everytime you feel stressed.

This repetition gives you infinite faith.

With this faith, try to follow Mr.Hussain's words.

You can say that just talking about others is easy and is difficult to follow.

I have experienced this stress for nearly 10 months and even the quotes didnt help me. I shared my feelings with others and even their motivation didn't last more than 1 week.

At last, I recognized the true persons who really care for me because of the stress I have experienced and then learnt that my mindset is the real reason behind my stress.

Of course, the person who counselled me said to me that my thoughts are of a person who has completed life, that much idiotic to my age.

IF MY WORDS ARE IRRELEVANT, SORRY, I GOT SOMEWHAT EMOTIONAL WHILE POSTING THIS.
