Company offered a job and takes back again with no valid reason!
Hi kindly guide what to do in case of following situation the company calls you for senior position product head and takes all necessary interview with higher authority and completes all formalities after calling you multiple times at their office and calls etc. after that you will be offered a position of product manager with a offer letter and you negotiate for position and compensation . after this they again gives few assignment and you complete that on time and then as a feedback you come to know from hr saying the "candidature is on hold". this means employer has completed all formalities and hired you & when you go for negotiate they takes away offer saying reason "on hold". so if someone can help what steps do i have to take now?
Holding salary of an active employee - what documentation should be necessary before we hold her salary?
One of our employees took a loan zero interest and half of the loan amount is paid back until now. her reporting manager has been criticizing her work and attitude for quite a few weeks recently. the company made an agreement on court paper duly notarised at the time of the loan which prohibits her from giving up the job or to pay a flat rate of interest along with the principal loan amount. she recently showed interest in leaving the job for some personal issues and/or not performing in her kpis well. can we hold her salary? what documentation should be necessary before we hold her salary?
Interview feedback - pls reply
Dear all one of my friend who got 6 yrs of exp as generalist. recently he is looking for a job change. meantime he got an interview call from big multinational fmcg he attended and clear two levels of interview and hr head was satisfied and he told my friend got selected. all of sudden the recruiter as usual told will get back to u shortly. after 2 weeks continuous follow up recruiter is saying position is on hold and she told discussion is going on whether to create the position or not. hope many seniors are here i wanted to know 1. without seeing the next year budget / strategic plan why they are calling the candidate for interview? 2. whether it is right or wrong on the point of the company? y they are not having ethics? 3. now days they are saying position is hold or rather they are not giving the proper interview feedback. why people behave like this to the candidate who are seeking the job? regards sam
