courses after MBA Marketing

Hi,
I need to suggest my brother, he completed MBA in Magnus school of business, Hyd with specialization Marketing. He got few jobs but the salary they offered was too less, he is planning to do some courses ( 3-12 months) to learn more skills in the same field and get better pay at beginning of his career. Can you suggest where and which courses will help him in learning good marketing skill and placement into a good company. you can send your responses to

Thanks for the response, i checked the course details in web ( in ICFAI Univ) but the course duration is not mentioned in that and also there i want to know is it distance educatin or full time education at the collage? plz let me know these details
