Hi i am working with a mnc having its head office at united states we have a uniform leave policy for us new zeeland offices. i have given a task to develop a leave policy for india office situated in gurgaon haryana. is it possible that we can apply the same policy for leaves as it is in us and new zeeland or we have a develop a leave policy as per indian rules/ punjab & haryana shop and establishments act. regards ajay

Hello hr colleagues i m looking into streamlining my company s leave policy and request your advice on the below. i ve two subsidiaries in the states gujarat and maharashtra in india. i would appreciate it if you could share with me the general practice in the private sector in the two states on the followings: 1 annual leave days granted per annum to employees 2 policy on carry over of unutilized leave days 3 policy on encashment of unutilized leave days. also please share your knowledge of what is stated in the legislation on the above. thank you so much. regards kal

Hi all am working with mnc co. handling admin & hr department. my organisation work for 5days i.e. from monday to friday this is for mgt staff and technical staff works on saturday but in techincal only 3 employees are there and from last mth boss has made flexibility that anyone from them should work on saturday so they rotate. now i want to knw how should i frame casual leave sick leave policy in short please help me with leave policy for this organisation. so that i can put in front of my area director. i want to know about rules for framing leave policy. if organisation works for 5days then how much public holiday should be granted. please reply me as early as possible. i have to do this work by next week. regards preeti.
