I second Archna. Are looking forward to the views from recruitment companies and Hiring Manager in an organization ? There are many people who work and interact with them. There are Business Unit leaders who provide the resourcing requirement to the hiring managers and vendors who deliver in different areas of the recruitment value chain. Which professional relationship are you trying to understand?
