Hi All,
I would like to get some important information regarding PF, as i am working with one of the Logistic company and they deduct almost INR 4750 as a PF deduction per month, now i want to confirm that, if i'll leave this company after completion of 3 months (I am on 6 months probation Period), then :
1 - How will i manage the PF withdrawal ??
2 - Is that Probation period will be a bottleneck in any case ?
3 - it will impact my new job ??
Please solve my doubts...
Regards,

Hello All,
I am working in a private firm since 6 years, company not providing PF & Gratuity to the employees, all the employees went ot management & requested for this but they strongly denied to do the same also they are not deducting the professional tax from our salary.
In a view of this can any one suggest how to contact PF ministry by mail so our identity can not disclose & labour ministry can take action against our office management.
If management identify the person who approach labour ministry we fear they may harass them.
Please any one can suggest how to proceed ?

Dear prasad,
Greetings for the day,
Submission of withdrawl claim without signing the previous employer can't be entertained, after submission it will sent back to the establishment for verification, Notary,Gazatted officer, councillors,MLC,MLA & MP are authorized to sign the form when establishment was closed if the esatblishment is in working stage then only & only authorized signatory of the establishment is authorized to sign before it better way is to get transefferd of your EPF accumulation in your current EPF a/c rather to withdrawl.

Dear Rashmi,
Greetings for the day,
What type of withdrawl benefits you are asking for it is your money you know better how to utilise it secondly for payment of gratuity the eligiblity of 5 years of continues service is must below than that no payment should be done and each year is accomapained with 240 working days.

Dear All,
Gratuity for services rendered for less than 5 years period not admissible.
For PF withdrawal, there is one option if you are taking up another job. Get it transferred to the new company. If you are leaving the career for ever and are determined not to take another job any time in future, you may withdraw your PF (both your own share as well as employer contribution). However, I would suggest you to apply for scheme certificate for pension benefits should you change your decision in future. Thanks & regards

Dear friend,
There is an enforcement officer in every office of Employees Provident Fund Organization. Please find his name and address from local telephone directory and send him a unanimous letter quoting the facts. He will conduct inquiries, visit your company and issue necessary direction to your employer without revealing any identity of the complainant. That will serve your purpose for PF account and pension. For gratuity, go step by step. The length of your PF account proves your total services in the company. That will help you claim gratuity after completion of 5 years.

For gratuity entitlement you have to complete 5 years of contineous service.
PF you can withdraw after 2 months from the date of leaving company. There will be no bottlenece of probation period. As per recent Government amendments you can not keep you PF account after leaving the services for more than 3 years. It means up to three years there will be no contribution from either side but govt. will pay the interest and after 3 years it will be assumed as non operative.
